Stop making excuses and learn how to fucking cook. I spend about 90 minutes making a stew once a week and that gives me lunch or dinner for most of the week. It costs all of like $12 to make and gives me at least 6 meals. Fried rice is easy as fuck to make, you don't need a wok. Stir fry isn't expensive at all, stop using fucking extra virgin olive oil for cooking. You use that for dressings or on it's own. Use something like canola or peanut oil for actually cooking or frying in. Buy shit in bulk, don't be afraid to buy store brands, they're usually just as good especially for shit like pasta, flour, sugar. Don't buy shit like wonder bread, go to the actual deli and buy a loaf of fresh bread for 1/5 the price. Throw it in the fridge, it doesn't have all the preservatives so unless you go through a one pound loaf in 2-3 days it'll mold. In the fridge it'll keep for at least a week. Learn to stretch your meat. You don't need that much of it a day. I put about 1.5 pounds in the stew and it can last me 4 days of lunch and dinner if I need it too.
Shit like berries have almost 0 actual nutrition. They're literally the candy of nature, don't buy them if you can't afford them, blackberries and raspberries are the only kinds that have any sort of nutritional value. Fruits are really only good for vitamin C, a kiwi can be had for as little as 30c a pop and one gives you all of your daily Vitamin C.

Potatoes are better at both of those than any fruit. In fact, as long as you eat the skins too, potatoes are really fucking good for you and should be a staple of your diet. They're also cheap as fuck.

well i eat lots of stuff, all sorts of steaks and fish and meats and sandwiches and salads and fruits (oranges mostly tho), i love italian food like raviolli and pasta in mushroom sauce, i adore English Breakfast and i very rarely eat fast food, but the foods or rather ingridients i listed i do not eat, for the reason they taste like shit, other than them and a bunch of other things (a lot of soups, sushi rolls and mostly asian/mexican/spicy food), i eat all sorts of food.
