Hey /g/eeks

So I am on a 4GEE 24 Month EE plan and have been since February.
A year and a half ago i joined T-Mobile on a £13.50 24 month contract with a free HTC One Mini, i phoned up and complained about extra charges to 0800 and lyca/lebara numbers, so i dont know how i did it but turned it into a £15/month contract for 12 months (250 mins, Unl txts, 1GB data > unlimited mins, Unl texts, 2GB data)

So i was wondering (Been as this 24 month contract was for the S6 32gb which i sold because i hated the phone so much) has anyone got a method of doing what i did 18 months ago?

I wish to either shorten my contract, or decrease the cost (To possibly £5 a month? so i can just take out a new contract)


Currently on a '£34' per month contract with a FREE galaxy s6 (Which i no longer have) with Unlimited texts & mins and 4GB 4G+ Data.
but thanks to me moaning i am actually only paying £22 atm.

But i want another new phone as my current one is broke so best way is contract (considering i am broke)


so yeah, any ideas?


TL;DR

On 24 month contract 6 months in, want out of it or to decrease as much as possible. what is best way to argue/persuade the company.
