I have a EKL Alpenföhn Brocken 2. It's a really quiet but capable cooler for a reasonable price if you have enough space in your case. (Paid about 37€ for it)

I have stock cooler on am3. It's my dad's computer, but I built it for cheap.

AM2+ stock cooler works fine for this. Never had it get terribly hot (above 117f). Generally sits around 100f during use.

I got this one as a sort of hand me down when my parents got an i5 and told me this one was too slow. Seems fine to me.

For the cost <$10, you can buy a second, better fan for the Evo 212 and it will make up the extra 1 degree the Cryorig usually gets on it.

Just go with the Deepcool gammaxx 400, its basically a 212 EVO but it costs like 20€ less and it takes only 5 seconds to install without the need to remove your motherboard.

Yes it uses pop-in holders but they arent retarded like the ones intel provides us with so its all k.
