I wrote a python script that sets up the cloud, generates a lot of files etc.
I would like to automatically clean everything up, basically reverse the process in case of any error along the way.
How would I do that?
Provide more details as to what you actually want to do e.g. What is the cloud? What files are generated? Where is this script to be ran? When? Why?
Are we supposed to guess what you did and tell you what to delete? Just undo what you did. Delete the files you created.

What the fuck does "sets up the cloud" even mean?
Ok, so step-by-step.
It's a python script, which I run on my laptop.
It connects to the local server, sets up the VM, sets up openstack etc.
Suppose there is an error, the server would be in an undesirable state. As a result, I would have to undo everything, and start from scratch.
My question is how would I return to the initial state?
