Hey so i just factory reset my phone and now when i turn it on, it just goes all white similar to the one in the photo. But the phones screen still works. i can go into recovery mode/download mode and the screen doesnt do this. any idea why this may be? its never happened before.

Something probably got corrupted. Reflash your rom or NAND backup if you were actually smart enough to make one.
