Regardless, if you don't plan on overclocking and assuming that the fan isn't too loud, it's probably fine. But Nvidia does overcharge for that FE 1060 card, since OP paid $300 for it + shipping.

But, you can OC to 2.1Ghz on the stock cooler with temps never going over 73C.
Even after OC'ing, its relatively quiet.
