No earlier than Black Friday. 1060/480RX are trash anyway, especially in EU. I can easily get a Nitro 390x for the price of 480RX or just wait for BFriday and buy me 2nd 970 for something like $150.

The market knows the fair value of things pretty well.

If the 980 performs as well as the 1070, there seems little point in pricing it too much below the 1070.

Nah 980 is 480/1060 performance and honestly it starts to hover around their prices in UK. 980Ti can be bought $50 cheaper than 1070 so I might bite one during black friday.

Probably won't be. 390 and 290 before it were both single cards. RX 480 is meant to replace the R9 380, and the 490 will probably be released with Vega and compete with a 1070/1080.
