Okay, I got this GTX 960 and, while playing games, it constantly crashes. CSGO to BL2. I have updated the drivers, tried my old card, everything. I sent it to a shop, said it was DirectX11, fixed it, got it back. Still doesn't work. Please help me.

I already sent it back and it got checked. By their terms, it works fine, I even tested it out on a friend's PC for a week and they never experienced any problems.

Just reinstall windows, you must of just fucked something up.
Otherwise do some other hardware tests, there are a bunch of programs for stress testing hardware and will tell you what is fucked.

then it's your motherboard, PSU, or your OS.
Try reinstalling your OS, if it still crashes then it's probably your PSU, and maybe your motherboard.
