Just don't use any dns at all.

I email a couple of secure servers with a list of domains I want to access and it replies back with a list of resolved IP addresses.

From there I just connect to the IP instead of the domain name, and forge domain headers if needed

Only a dumbass who wants to get hacked would use dns on a local machine
