With that board you might as well get the highest FM2+ APU. The A-10 6800k I think it is? It'll put you at right about $300 and be both your CPU and GPU.

I would personally go with the highest rated PSU one can afford (1000watt range), FM4 motherboard in the 100$ range and just stick whatever APU you can temporally get Your hands on in there. then a high end GPU first and then Finally get that Zen APU around October, the one AMD promises will be really good.
By years end You will have a rock machine and a PSU that can be reused for many builds to come.

You could just get something like an i5-6500 which has the Intel HD Graphics 530 chip built into it, no need for a dedicated GPU right away. You can easily run most current games on it in 1080p on low to medium settings. I run games that aren't that demanding easily. It does cost about $200 though so would put the price up.
