Well, he suspended me b/c I didn't want to sign a dissolution contract, but I am not fired.

A former staff member I did not know phone called me and told me that he often does that, but others fell for it.

He just extended my contract for another 2 years, but he is bullying me so hard I want to leave.

I just have no clue on how to find a company where engineering is respected and there is a healthy nerd culture.

In San Francisco there is actually a law preventing you from giving a bad reference. Anyways, you should call up your first boss and see if he wants to go out for a beer. Just tell him what's going on and hell probably be reasonable. Have you tried that yet?

Hab Anwalt schon eingeschaltet, er sagt es sieht extrem gut aus mein Arbeitsverhältnis für die zwei Jahre weiterbestehen zu lassen oder eine Abfindung rauszuholen. Ich weiß nur nicht ob das sinnvoll ist, muss mich ja auch beruflich weiterentwickeln.

Der Mann ist bekannt dafür, wenn man recherchiert. Dachte ich wüsste es besser und habe ihm vertraut... naiv eben. Er schadet sich auch selbst damit.
