Very few Pascal cards can hit 2100MHz+ stable. More can hit that for a few seconds before settling in ~2050MHz. Some can't break 2GHz stable.

I'm assuming your build is mITX? Mine idles around the mid 30's on air.

That's were my 1070 is 2100 for about 5 min and then down to 2070. The power limit is my issue.
