okay so I have a Galaxy S5 Mini.
there is a certain app I want to download, that I am certain is available in my country, but I can't for whatever reason. it simply says "device not supported by app" is there a way I can go on about this? any help is appreciated

Have you tried downloading the apk from somewhere? Sometimes the restriction is on the play store and not the app itself.
