Why does it matter?
I started taking notes using OneNote.
It took me some time to adapt, but it works just as good.
Being able to search your notes is much easier, which means you can study more efficiently.

Look for anything with a built-in keyboard, or just buy a compact mechanical keyboard.
It'll look dumb, but it'll probably be cheaper than a new laptop.

The one with the best keyboard. Maybe a good microphone, too. You would have to buy an aimed one, however, but you could use it with your laptop.

The old ones are cheap and people like the non-qwerty parts of the layout better, but the newer ones are supposedly as good or better for pure typing.

There is literally 1(one) of those, and it's a bulky-ass gayman laptop.

Seperate mechanical keyboards are alright, but they're mostly loud as shit, not without exception. But expensive.

So you're going to be typing all your notes? It doesn't matter what laptop you get. Choose a size keyboard that's comfortable for your hands and buy a laptop with that size keyboard. You should be asking "how do I learn latex fast enough so that I can take notes on a laptop in math class this fall". And I'd recommend latex over just word. That shit is such a pain in the ass.
