The watch in your picture is a PVD/DLC coated and probably in other ways modified Seiko SKX007. Without the modifications, it's about $200. The modifications the one in the picture likely has probably cost as much.
ANY coating other than DLC is incredibly atrocious for anything that won't be static and enclosed. All cheap coatings are very easy to scratch off or it might even flake off by itself. The SKX007 is no longer in production either.
Since you didn't know any of that I doubt you want a mechanical watch wich does decrease the price significantly. Look for a dive watch within your budget, whatever it may be. The only one that I know of that isn't complete dogshit is the Soki (/ winner / other branding) subariner for ~$15.

Long time Redmi Note 3 Pro owner here

- LTE at all times on Telus in Canada (band 4)
- best ROM is global stock for updates or SMIUI, everything else is riddled with too many bugs (especially MM roms) and loss/weakening of functionality/signal/camera. Just change the launcher if you don't like MIUI
- 12 hours SoT is easily doable but I leave the brightness cranked and still get 9 hours
- Viper4Android helps with the weak rear speaker a lot
- Buy the 3gb model, it needs more than 2gb RAM on stock. Mine has never lagged or anything, but I bet the 2gb one wouldn't be as slick based off my memory usage.

Just had my first serious chinking. Ordered this Totoro night light for a birthday present, it arrived in record time (5 days) with a completely shattered roof, ugly blotches of still wet glue, and a non-functional light. There's impact marks and scratches all over it like someone kicked it onto a plane. Plus it arrived in a really thin and busted up box with no protection, one tiny sheet of bubble wrap, the figure and a bit of cardboard. I'm mad as fuck.
