Rip Canada
The 1060 is being sold for the same price as some 970s and 390s here in Canada. Truly life is suffering up here sometimes.
all computer components are hella expensive in canada. it's cheaper to get it from the US and ship it here and if it gets opened by customs and they charge you, it'll still either be cheaper or the same price anyway.

Is currency conversion non existent?
I dont really get the price jump in Canada.
Manufacturing in China and shipping it to the US or Canada I would assume would require about the same amount of effort.

Would Canada Customs charge you just because you tried to get around the price by buying in the US? Or there a tax or something about computer components?

In US yeah, obviously not in Canada. For various reasons.
yeah theres one for 329.99, the gigabyte dual fan one

Taxes and tariffs play a part in the difference, which is usually coupled with the conversion from USD.
Also a lot of parts have environmental disposal fees that are added after the retail price.

I wish
They're around $350 over here and some R9 Fury have popped up for that same price but is it really worth considering for 1080p considering the higher power consumption?
Glad I backordered one before the price went up.
