Well it has 2 buttons and the front screen is missing. Probably medical shit like a pulse oximeter, but I don't think youll get anything higher than scrap price if you can't put all the pieces together

So it's some light shit to treat cancer. I'd say it's worthless imo, specially without the rest of the parts.
