Anniversary update fixes and polishes a lot of ui inconsistencies with windows but its still got a long way to go.

Hopefully after they stop shoving the free update down everyone's throats they can focus on pushing their updates.

I think it's lower now, if you exclude workplaces. The tech-adverse people stopped buying PCs and they went to iPads and iPhones. PCs aren't really necessary in the home anymore. For the most part, the people who use home PCs are enthusiasts and people who edit photos and videos, who don't tend to be that tech illiterate.

I think it looks pretty good. The big problem it still has aesthetically is consistency though. When they do a visual overhaul they always leave shit behind.
