What bulb do you use?

I use a halogen bulb on my ceiling fan pointed directly at my desk since it seems very bright/ spotlight effect. Hopefully a desk lamp will help focus the light more.

Going to replace my corner L desk mostly because it has become uncomfortable on my wrist and arms.
3 years ago when I bought it was super comfortable all the space and all but now I can't seem to get the same comfort out of it even with different chairs and monitor configurations, just a few hours of pc usage and my arms are killing me it really has become a pain in the ass to use.
Has this happened to anyone before?


So, today I went to my local furniture store and they had a office desk, normal desk just a big enough to fit two 24inch monitors side by side and maybe the PC on top of it but pretty big on depth almost as twice as big as my current L desk on that department, it was so freaking comfy haven't feel like that since my old HP PC that came with a PC desk combo back in 2004, I tried it with a bunch of different office chairs they had available in the store and I found one that was a good combo for it so I bought the desk and the chair, I just hope I don't fucking regret it when it gets here because I paid $400 for both and I just want to be comfy.

I general it has become a pain (literally) to use.
Using the mouse has become a problem, not only wrist pain but arm pain and it's not Carpal tunnel syndrome pain but sore pain across my whole arm, like having you arm on a sharp rock for hours while placing all your weight on it, I have to take off my arms off the desk when I'm not using the keyboard or mouse to minimize the pain.

Honestly, having bugs in your house is disgusting enough, sleeping on a sheetless mattress is gross. If you keep your floor clean, having the mattress on it isn't too bad, but mattresses are a pain in the ass to clean and leaving them on the floor leaves them more prone to getting disgusting
