Mozilla has autralis, pale moon does not.
Pale moon is extremely configurable, I can even disable/enable ciphers in pale moon commander.
Pale moon has hardened JIT compiler for JS and it's own parser that much more secure than Mozilla's.

I will also never see any pocket, hello, telemetry, experiments, australis. webrtc, etc that makes browser suck.
