Not OP and I LOATHE AMD but X99 seriously is garbage.
Not only the board chipset, but the CPUs that go with it too.
Intel's greatest blunder since allowing Pajeets to be their competition.

Perhaps slower in certain uses, and faster than others.

I have an X99 chipset and CPU. Pretty happy with it. The biggest thing that bothers me is that BW-E is still only 40 PCI max lanes. Skylake, with Z170 is like 36.
