I only know networking shit (ccna level) and want to do a Computer Engineering degree at my local University.

The thing is, my programming knowledge is limited (i.e shit) and my math skills are okay. (it's been a long time since I practiced math)

How fucked am I?
The course starts beginning of October

CE programs assume you don't have any previous knowledge of programming. The math is more of a worry, how much do you remember?

Just quit while your ahead.
CE is hard and it's basically computer Languages plus math.
If you want to do some fun stuff go Electronic Engineering all the fun of hardware with programing (still has math and phisics) and you still get to actually see what you study materialize.
