bought a 380x half a year ago and it's pretty good.
high temps and noise are a bit annoying but shouldn't be as bad with the normal 380. since they released Vulkan I can run Doom on 1080p ultra settings with 80+fps

Sapphire 380X here. Thoroughly enjoying it. The Nitro cooler was definitely worth the extra ~$20
