Hey just bought a pair of rha750s, and i was wondering if it pci-e soundcards are worth it to amp/improve sound quality output of them?

In ears will never need amplification, they have tiny drivers that are very sensitive.

Not unless you get electrical interference from your motherboard output or have some special use where a sound card would help configuration.
