Don't even fucking bother. Phone VR looks like dog shit.

I'm not doing anything, i just want to know if my phone has gyroscope or not

Just install the cardboard app and try
Yes, but that shit needs apps.
Protip from a developer: There are no fucking apps right now.
Get one, it's worth spending $20-40 on a good headset, you'll have a bit of fun, it'll come in handy later, but it's nowhere near what you can do software wise with mobile VR. Fucking nowhere near.
Worth it if you're a dev. 99% of the awesome VR stuff is just personal unreleased projects. I've seen some mean shit on my friends headsets.

Download the google cardboard app from the play store. If it works, you're good.
Actually, more to your question,
> Is everyone that has Gyroscope eligible for VR ?
You also want a beefy processor and a nice screen. 1080p's pretty good, nice midpoint, don't need to push hardware too far to render for it.

If you can install the cardboard app from the play store directly, you have a gyroscope.
Basically any phone that can install the cardboard app directly from the play store supports VR.
