tl:dr: when your church, city, local community cannot fix your problems anymore in the climax of the 'human rights' era--complaining and claiming oppression, persecution is the only path regular people have to alleviating their disputes and problems. imagine how bad it will get when even the nation is downgraded to nothing more than a formality.

As the internet becomes more and more available to, and integral to the lives of, normies, yes, the internet will get dumber.
