Let's talk windows task manager.
If a program is glitching, or is stuck in full screen, and you want to shut it down, you can't. You literally need to shut down your computer. Why is the task manager only available as a window? It should be in the same form as the Ctl Alt Delete page, which always works.

Probably doesn't require a shutdown. If it gets stuck in full screen, you probably can get around it by putting into standby mode (configure to standy with the power button) and back out again.
The task manager is for managing tasks, not to be some all-powerful god tool
