Anyone know of a program that let's you have a floating preview of another running window, on top of other open windows? ie. like picture in picture

It's trialware however....

there are of course, ways of defeating trials, but if these people made it there is a good chance there are other programs that can do the same or more, maybe even for free...which is why I asked
