God damnit Mozilla why did you have to trigger me like this?
Why did they use this for the logo, it makes NO sense.
Explain
It's the currently official logo of Servo, the new browser rendering engine written in Rust.
It might replace Gecko.
Probably the same reason LibreSSL's website was typeset in Comic Sans, and early I2P had a "no /." rule: as an anti I-should-use-this-because-it's-obscure hipster measure, so non-devs don't try and do something dangerous like actually use it before it's ready.
It's memory-safe, not safe for use yet.

Nah man, just look through the posts of some servo/rust developers. They are the hipsters.
>getting triggered by a silly logo
lel. anyway, servo seems pretty sweet. finally, mozilla gets something worthwhile done again.
Will it support windows xp?

How was that a surprise to you? Meme languages attract meme developers.

It's a laggy POS, no idea what you are talking about.

>rust developers
>not a bunch of meme'ing turbohipsters
It's to be expected. Mozilla is fucked whether we like it or not.
