It's pretty easy. Torrent shit, convert to right format (or burn to a disc), transfer to console, start playing.

I'd say the biggest problem is finding torrents with any seeders. Other than that, it's not hard. I have a RGH Xbox 360 with a new HDD from one of my dead laptops. After I've managed to download an ISO file, I run it through a program to extract it. Then I boot up my box (which has custom software [aka dash] installed) and transfer the extracted files to my Xbox with FTP. Then I download the title updates with the custom dash and start playing.

PS3 was garbage outdated technology even at release. It has a castrated GeForce 7800 GTX (Q2 2005 card) in a console released in Q4 2006. "Muh Cell" doesn't mean much when you could get Core 2 Quads on PC that were loads better with fewer cores.

Genuinely the last console more powerful than PCs was the N64 and that was like...for 6 months at most.
