The original nspire cas is around $30 used. That's as cheap and powerful as you can get.

I have to TI Nspire Cas do you guys know any program similar to ME Pro that is available for the TI 89 and older models? I am having a hard time finding useful software for the Nspire series

As a Computer Engineering major do I actually need a graphing calculator? You're not allowed to use a calculator in AP Calc and I haven't used a calculator in a few years. Most professors don't even let you use programmable calculators anyway. I have this old scientific calculator from a few years ago. Would this suffice? My cousin (an EE major) said he never needed anything more than a scientific calculator (unless it was some serious shit that required matlab).
