id really like to try it out because i like ubuntu on desktop but i dont wanna buy a new phone just to check out an OS.

Seems interesting but misses so much apps that I don't think it would be practical to use it as a daily driver.
For example there is no XMPP client.

I used it on my nexus 4 it was quite ok but...

Kinda looking forward to what happens with Tizen.

Jolla was pretty much a failure, and so was Firefox.

I'm glad Ubuntu is chugging along, even if it's irrelevant in the US.

I got on and it's à great OS. Good battery life, good UI. The biggest issues are :
Lack of apps
Bugs / optimisation

Other problem is canonical. If it was made by another company it would be à great thing.
