Full functioning with javascript support which will run on Raspberry Pi 3 without taking an age to startup. Firefox and Chromium are just too much. I'm guessing they're not happy with the 1GB< RAM to work with. Midori works well, but there are some oddities witht the way things work on 4chan.

You could try QtWeb, Fifth Browser, or Opera 12.16. Both are deprecated, but this is a RasPi we're talking about.

Most users actually only check like 3 websites regularly. Having special browsers optimized for that small set isn't that bad of an idea, even outside privacy concerns. It's basically how mobile platforms work now. No one should have just one browser anymore.
