If some 3 letter organization wanted to keep tabs on you, there are a million ways to do it. If they want your PC, they have backdoors into your EFI system, which includes full hardware level access. At that point, they can see everything happening in your RAM so disk encryption doesn't matter. Network encryption doesn't matter either because they can compromise your onboard NIC.

OS level backdoors are nice for them I'm sure, but ultimately it doesn't matter.

There are some hardware backdoors, but the nature of them is such that its difficult to use them on a wide scale. They're mainly used to install OS-level malware anyway.

The peak is in the 20s, but loads of people fall outside that. I've had plenty of patients with newly diagnosed schizophrenia in their 40s and 50s.

Dementia is a possibility, non-alzheimers and early onset types can be weird. Seemed a bit too rapid though.

Could also be drugs or infection, but schizophrenia would be my first thought if I diagnosed people on twitter.
