so I got this a couple days ago. I really like it. no it's not on a metal plate, that's plastic. and the instructions for some of the different modes are in chink. also the keys feel a tad wobbly on the stems compared to the other two mechanicals I have owned, but it doesn't bother me. the lighting is really nice. when you first boot up or plug it in, it does a nice light show where it lights up each key and row in sequence. if you leave it without pressing any keys for like 10min, the LEDs auto turn off, great if like me you sleep in your computer room and leave your PC on. you can just step away and the light won't keep you from sleeping.

I paid $35. great for the price, and makes me want to buy more chink mechanicals. maybe something with a smaller layout than tenkeyless. problem is a lot of those ave tiny right shifts which I don't want.

I finally received my Motospeed Inflictor CK104.
First time using a mech keyboard. It's awesomely good. My finger pain has reduced because I don't need to press the key to the bottom to actuate the switch now.
The keyboard is heavy and very sturdy. Mine is a bit unbalanced when I use the legs, but nothing that can be feel when typing.
For some reason, I see "rainbows" around the lights when I use the white preset. The flickering is noticeable a bit, but I don't know if are my eyes or the leds. I use the lowest in backlight anyways.
NKRO works in OSX El Capitan just fine. I can perfectly type a phrase with both shifts pressed.
Definitively the best self given gift for my birthday.

I use it all the time cooking to monitor pan heat, or grill heat. I use it to find cold zones in my home and to test my thermostat and hvac. i ocassionally hit my pc case with it to make sure airflow is doing its job. I use way way more often than I thought I would and I find that its highly accurate, so long as the surface isn't really shiny.

one thing to note, the laser pointer on those things do not indicate exactly the area being scanned. it takes the avg temp of a small circle that gets larger the further from the instrument it is. you get really accurate spot readings if you hold it an inch away from the target, you get really good avg readings if you hold it far away

It is currently the best Lumia. The build quality isn't the same as back when they were Nokias. I upgraded from the L920 to this and while it's still well made, it's no brick. Performance wise it's very good though, quick phone. Has quick charge through USB-C so you can full charge it from dead in like an hour. It's pretty awesome though to just throw your phone on a charger for 10 minutes and get an extra few hours of life. Also Microsofts running a deal right now where if you buy a 950XL, you get a free 950. I have bought the 8bitdo SFC30 snes style gamepad
&
the Bobovr z4 VR headset

The gamepad was really nice, quick connection to my phone and it feels nice, not tacky at all hard plastic buttons wich respond great to clicking. 1 supplementary keychain wich was pretty nice. A very nice bonus was that it worked with my windows 7 PC, all I had to do was connect the cable.

The VR headset was ok, I have a pretty wide nasal base so it was not very comfortable as i had to breathe through my mouth. The lenses were clear and nice although chromatic abrerration was apparent. Tested with galaxy S6 and even thought he high resolution i could still see pixels.

There are several apps that just suck though. There is no usable 4chan app (4charm lets you browse but captcha is broken), I don't use BofA and neither of my banks have plans for a windows app, there is no quality Torque alternative, there is no WoW armory (broken on android right now anyway) or hearthstone, google makes you jump through hoops just to use most of their shit on a winphone, there are zero chink store apps (aliexpress, gearbest, banggood, etc). So, like I said, there is an app gap for me at least. Everything else is better in my opinion though otherwise I would just order a RMN3P and flash CM.

It should be simple even without instructions.
First it is powered off right. I hold the power button to turn it on and it shows purple and then blue.
After those first two colors it's in standby mode.

You press the mode button to switch between three colors (blue, purple and red). And then you press On/Off once to start recording or stop recording.
Blue = 720p I think
Purple = 1080p I think
Red = Single photo mode

I haven't used my SQ8 in a long time so I can't remember that much. If it's in standby mode and you hold the On/Off button for a few it'll activate the Infrared night light (To check if it works use a smartphones camera and check it yourself). Or if it's in standby mode and you hold the Mode button it'll turn on the motion video recording function or whatever that is.

Read the Chink manual. I can't remember the details that much but everything I said is pretty much correct.

Get a benchmade practice clone, got my self one for £5 and works brilliantly (bit stiff at first though) get something made of steel rather than aluminium is far too light for most things and will dint very easily, handles become misshapen and it won't flip properly after a few drops

Build quality is good. The handles are made of nice thick plastic, and the bearing is metal and feels pretty sturdy. The rope itself is almost tougher than my ability to cut it, I had to use a hacksaw to shorten it to size. Would double as a security cable.
Haven't used it for very long, I just used it for long enough to get the length right.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a jump rope.
Also there was a strand of hair from a chinese woman (presumably) stuck to the shipping label.
