Joy has the best hevc encodes, she's a grill btw.
Hevc is a new encoder with very high compressing capabilities, the end result is a pretty decent picture with very smaller file sizes compared to the original source, however since it's still relatively new it is still not supported on many devices, make sure you have the codecs and mpv or mpc hc
