People overestimate how much they need RAM/fast storage. Or maybe the (web) industry should stop fucking designing their shit around raping I/O and follow a beginner tutorial about caching and buffers.

It's a ton of SSD's stacked together on the same Chassis.
They probably have a proprietary Interface for it and their hardware ( by that I mean their motherboards) are made in house.
