if you need to buy an aftermarket heatsink.
Is the heat sink fan actually spinning?
Is the heat sink seated properly?
Is there any airflow in your case?
Did you use thermal compound?

1st of all if you havent get an aftermarket cooler. Cheap and does the job.
If you fancy also redo the thermal paste.

You said it gets up to 90c but right there it says yoyr average temp is 65c which isnt dangerous and acceptable.
