I keep Qbittorrent and deluge on my laptop and whenever I get stalled i try it on deluge and it usually doesn't work there either.

I know right. Sadly it's more about being a lazy fuck since Tixati keeps chugging despite the proxy or vpn being down. I could set something up via the router or run a vpn client on the actual machine but again lazy fuck.
