I've got a seedbox set up and I sure love big HD files but my home network has a shit data cap, after which I get charged for more data. I'd rather not have to manage my downloads like this.
Is there any type of place I can go where I'd be alright to stop by and download hundreds of gigabytes in an hour? I'd be willing to pay a small fee even.

yeah I'm thinking of this but every public wifi I've ever used has pretty poor bandwidth. Local universities need an account.
I don't think anyone I know bothers to pay for truly unlimited data, I guess I'll ask around though.
