>>
>>55027203
power line adapter
>>
>>55027188
I have a TP-Link one myself, I don't remember which model but the connection is as good as the modem itself
>>
>>55027248
av500? that was the one i was thinking about getting
>>
I got a devolo one. The wifi is shit, but the ethernet works well.
>>
>>55027188
if your house has new/good wiring they work really well. If you are trying to use those on a really fucking old house with shit wiring they will suck major black cocks
>>
>>55027188
Don't, just don't.
>>
>>55027386
why?
>>
I got a 200MB (My ISP gives me 150, so no point for the 500) tplink this week and it works great for downloading and steam link. Would recommend.
>>

It works pretty well, I get great speeds throughout the house, much better than WiFi. But they're pretty pricey.
>>
>>55027188
Depends when your house was built and if they didn't cheapout on your electrical wiring in the house.
>>
>>55027188
My roomate uses this because he didnt like being on wifi. He had owned them before. They work
>>
Better than wifi, worse than ethernet. Depending on your wiring, they can drop connection whenever someone uses a kettle/microwave.
>>
Ain't nothing wrong with them. But if you do buy a power line adapter stick with TP-Link, it just works and I've wound up owning 5 of the blasted things.
They're great for LAN parties.
