What are some rare tech and soft pieces which collectors would pay big cash to have, /g/?

Does a Pentium I and II count?
>>
>how do I get rich with selling old shit and fucking up the market for true collectors

Fuck off and do your own research.

Pretty sure Pentium I and II are practically worthless. Tualatin Pentium IIIs have some value to people interested in building retro gaming PCs, and I think Pentium Pro has some collector's value because there's like a solid chunk of gold on it, but pretty much everything else from the era is unwanted. Too recent to be considered vintage like the IBM in your pic, too old to be good for anything performance-wise.

I bought a p4 with hyperthreading with 1 gb of ram for $10 and still felt like I was overcharged

What's the Action Comics #1 of /g/? I'm curious myself.

basically nothing you will ever get your hands on, actual collectors don't generally pay a lot for their hardware, even rare SGI systems can be had for less than $200 if you frequent the right communities.

I can pick up Pentium/Pentium II PC clones for $5 a piece from my local recycler, I can probably turn them over for $50-$100 a piece on eBay if I sit on them, but why bother, not worth the shipping when I can just get a real job instead.

there is no such thing really, technology is a diverse interest, one holy grail of one discipline is trash to another
