Something is wrong with my home network. Firewall/Router is pfSense, wifi is provided by a ubiquiti unifi. When I access youtube, netflix or 4chan (these are the only sites that seem to be affected) using an app on my phone:
Youtube takes a few seconds to load thumbnails and videos, but streaming quality is just fine and doesn't stop to buffer
Netflix takes literally 3-5 minutes to load the main site, a long time to connect to a chromecast and send commands to it, but also streams at high quality without buffering.
Chanu/Clover both take a long time to load boards, chanu will load images, clover fails to load images. In a browser 4chan is as quick as my laptop on the same connection.
Laptops and Desktops on the same network have no such issues. I don't know if it's localized to just my phone, since I have no other devices to test it with.
pfSense is running 2.2.5-RELEASE amd64, unifi is running the most recent firmware.
Fell for the Samsung meme?

I would try a factory reset.

I updated pfsense to 2.3.1 and it seems to have fixed it
Did you try fucking a mop handle?
