It's not that hard, a Google search will get you a guide on how to do it, and then googling some more will find you a downgrade guide.
It sets the KNOX flag to 0x1, that's for Samsung to know you've been fucking with your device, but who cares anyway?

Here's my s5's homescreen. Currently on debloated touchjizz marshmallow. I've used Cm13 for a couple of months and only switched back because the camera is crap on aosp.
