Playing around with the surface book was nice, I just feel its too costly.
Base price is $1400 for 128gb + i5 + 8gb , no thanks.

I was considering getting it, but the GPU in the base is really disappointing. I mean, I didn't expect 980M GTX performance or anything, but from reviews, it looks only mildly better than the iGPU. What the fuck Intel?

The laptop you can find for around that much but the caddy itself costs like 200 bucks alone because it uses some strange proprietary sata connector, you need the interface for it. toughbook parts are cheap to find but not with getac, parts cost a fortune, Still I would love to experience using a laptop for that long. Its almost unbelievable. I know this because i wanted to buy one but like i said the interface for the ssd is rare as fuck.
