We have implemented needed setting for callbacks but It doesn't work because virtual host (u _ _ _ _ _ _.com) doesn't have settings for PHP (the PHP scripts don't work).
Could you set up PHP scriprt please and let us know when it's done.

Yes i have an idea..by no mean am i a tool.. just not familiar with php as i am with html and i make no claims to be any sort of web guru. ..just came here for a little help if possible.
heres the situation:
I have a 2 page html website that is having password protection installed by my credit card processor for the members area (3rd page)
Not sure if i just have to add a few lines of code into the html concerning the php or do I actually have to convert the whole site to php(doesnt sound right) or do i need to add php pages or do I just need to go into my cpanel and click a few buttons alllowing permissions.

Well it sounds like you are using shared hosting for you website and they either don't support php scripts or you have to enable it somehow.
Link your host so I can have a look.
Is the "credit card processor" providing the php setup for your members area?
