No who the fuck does that, even my dad uses it in English.
I don't even know how to change the language of OS X. Not that I really care about it, English is fine.

No because the translators try way too hard to translate everything to the point where you can't solve your problems anymore because all the guides etc are in english

Differing opinions regarding Danish it seems.
I really like my own language, but there are literally no pros in having your OS in your native language. If anything it makes it a pain in the ass to troubleshoot...
>>52406151
I used to use it in my language when I was younger but now I prefer it in english for various reasons:
>translations sometimes are bad
>quicker updates
>getting better at english
With my computer I bought Winblows 7 32bit OEM. Back then my computer only had 4 gigs of ram. Eventually I upgraded to 8gb from that, but games still ran like shit. Finally it dawned to me that the OS is gimping my ram to 4gb so I got a 64bit ISO from the pirate bay and have been using it since. I prefer to have an English one because troubleshooting is less troublesome. Originally I think I bought a Finnish version because it was cheaper.

I've been using it in German, since I've actually gotten a legal copy of it, and whenever I tried using the English language pack, there's a really disgusting German-English hybrid going on. So rather than improving my English using something as small as an operating system, I just talk to people whose native language is English.
Slav reporting in
Back in the day all school computers were in english (win95, office etc) then just when I finished school they changed it into slav. Nowadays when I see a localised version I wanna kill myself, translation is really poor, ms managed to find words that have not been used for over 50 years so when you go into settings you see this obscure shit and dont know what any of it means
(not a problem in w10 given how 'simplified' it is)
