Does anybody know if screenshotting an etextbook is bad?
Seeing how I have zero moral compass, no, I would give no fucks doing it. You shouldn't either.

i just dont want to say the magic p word
in fear of you-know-what
Its probably technically against some rule or law, but I highly doubt anyone will come after you to enforce it

If bad you mean illegal, it is theft if the book would require money to obtain.
However, the website will never know you've screnshot.

Is it bad? No.
Are you allowed to do it? Probably not.
Should you do it anyway? Definitely.

the etextbook trial is free for a week so I technically wouldnt have it on my account after that
OP Here anybody got a script that can screenshot, save said shot, then turn the page, repeat for so many cycles?

And after that one week trial expires, still having it in your possession is theft.
However, the only harm to anybody is a slight lack of gain by the author. Up to you and your morals.

I mean im not distributing it by any means and ill probably delete it after im done using it
>>52392359
Justify it to yourself, not me. I'm a pirate, you can be too!
>>52392299
Write your own? It probably takes 5 minutes tops
Posting this on 4chan was bad
but you still did it.

That's a moral question without an objective answer. That being said, the textbook industry is run by a bunch of kikes who collude with colleges to Jew you out of as much money that they possibly can, so I'd say it's immoral to pay for it. Screenshot away.
