I had this problem on palemoon

using a different browser fixed it for me. Not really any great deals for things I needed so meh

After you disable your ad blocker (and ghostery if you have it) click on one of the items.
I got redirected correctly, then subsequent visits to newegg.com brought me past that annoying promotion page.
It has to be some cookie that gets set on first visit.
