DigitalFoundry uses these specs for their tests sometimes, lots of YouTube videos benchmarking it, check them out. It is basically within ±10% of PS4 depending on the CPU usage of the game. However they use 8GB RAM.

A good combo is the i3/750ti which you can OC.

A slightly better combo is i3/950.

Next tier would be mid-high range with i5/960.

I mean if you are constrained by budget as fuck, you should still at least get an i3 4130/FX-6300 with 8GB RAM and upgrade your 750ti to GTX 950 later. Above 750ti is better than console experience.

The Pentium is straight garbage and gets buttfucked by an i3 running 800MHz slower. Not to mention that many games refuse to even boot on dual thread chips and now and require hacky workarounds to even run.
